How to make your Saline Solution (sole) Loosely pack the salt crystals into a glass container with a sealable lid. Add pure filtered or spring water, completely covering the stones. After approximately 1 hour the solution will become saturated at 26%, and the sole is ready to use. The 26% concentration will remain stable with some stones undissolved, and as you use the formula you will need to keep adding additional water until the stones are completely dissolved. Then just add a few more the next week, or whenever they have completely dissolved, to continue the process indefinitely. Take 1 teaspoon in a glass of pure filtered or spring water first thing every morning.
